USCIS接受寄往错误服务中心的H-1B申请

USCIS今日宣布不会拒绝寄往了错误的服务中心的H-1B 申请（比如：应寄往佛蒙特中心（VSC）的申请寄到了加州（CSC），反之亦然）。

若申请寄往了Texas 或 Nebraska服务中心，则不会被接受，这一点要注意。

USCIS is taking this limited, short-term measure to alleviate concerns from the public where an H-1B petition has been received by USCIS but at the incorrectUSCIS采取这种临时的短期措施以解决H - 1B被错误的服务中心接收的问题。 、.  This measure applies only to H-1B petitions subject to the fiscal year 2009 cap that are received by USCIS before the close of business on the “final receipt date”.这项措施只适用于2009财政年度的H-1B申请，并且是USCIS在“最后接收日（final receipt date）”前收到的案件。一旦移民局接收到足够的65,000个常规H-1B申请和20,000个高学历H-1B申请，将宣布最后接收申请的受理日期。
